We provide tax preparation, tax planning, credit education, credit consulting, business formation, business consulting, digital products, and related educational services.
2. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
Tax refunds or refund amounts
Credit score increases
Removal of negative credit items
Approval for loans, credit cards, or financing
Business funding or any specific financial outcome
Results depend on your individual circumstances and decisions made by third parties.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. You are solely responsible for reviewing all documents before submission and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Payments & Refunds
Unless required by law:
Consultation and appointment fees are non-refundable.
Tax preparation fees become non-refundable once work has begun.
Digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
Monthly services may be canceled according to your service agreement but fees already earned are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GILEC Tax and Credit Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, documents, videos, books, templates, graphics, and training materials, is the exclusive property of GILEC Tax and Credit Consulting LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without our prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to deny access to our services if terms are violated.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or receive SMS communications.
GILEC TAX AND CREDIT CONSULTING LLC sends occasional SMS messages to opted-in users for informational and service purposes. Consent is obtained through customer-initiated sign-ups that clearly disclose messaging intent and opt-out instructions.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This clause must cover the frequency in which you receive messages as a user.
